LEMBAGA TABUNG HAJI (LTH)

We assist prime contractor, Heitech Padu Bhd,
who was awarded the project for the development of LTH Core Systems,
in the following areas:

• Consulting services on the functions and designs of LTH Core Systems comprising of Sistem Pendeposit, Sistem Haji, Sistem Hartanah and Sistem Sumber Manusia.
• Provide design specifications for the integration between the new core systems and LTH’s existing financial system.
• Develop data conversion scripts to migrate existing data from the current systems to the new core systems.

We also provide development, enhancement and training services to the existing financial application.

UNIVERSITY TECHNOLOGY MARA(UiTM)

To provide a comprehensive maintenance & support plan for three years inclusive of servers, operating systems, database, ups, tape storage and SAN at Financial Integrated Systems (FAIS) Data Centre, Pejabat Bendahari, UiTM Shah Alam.

Enhancement to the existing Student Information System to include, among others, the following functionalities:

• Modular billing – to allow student fees to be computed based on subjects and credit hours.
• Internet bill payment – to allow for payment of student fees through the internet.
• Automatic income distribution – computes and distributes incomes into various funds and campuses.
• Bank reconciliation – online integration to Affin Bank and Bank Islam to automatically reconcile student bill payments.
• Integration – develop integration functions to allow integration from other legacy systems within UiTM.
• Asset Management System – module enhancement to allow for tracking of assets via mobile asset tracker/reader.
• Data conversion – major conversion of Item and Vendor information due to restructuring of coding format.
